Products that you wish to be exchanged shall be in pristine condition as how it was when it was first purchased or in other words, they have not been worn, washed, or altered in any way or form and has no smell, complete with their purchase receipts, tags, boxes, and original labels. Send a video that highlights the condition of the shoes to the number or email above. Make sure that the video highlights the shoes' outsole, upper, and insole.

After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address :

The shipping fee for product exchange that is made due to factory defects will be taken care of by Mario Minardi while the shipping fee for product exchange for any other reason will be charged to customers.
Other than sending the products you wish to be exchanged to us, you can also visit our flagship store in Lotte Shopping Avenue & Pacific Place to drop off the products. Valid for all-channel purchases, both online and in-person.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please kindly wait for 1x24 hours the soonest after Mario Minardi received the products that you wish to be exchanged and approximately 7 - 14 working days for a refund.


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • used items and not in the same condition that you received it
  • not in the original packaging.
